To sell traditional Danish
gourmet rye bread food is all about
taste, visual presentation and Danish culture of cosyness. We had the
privilege of designing one of Hallernes Smørrebrød's largest
restaurants – this one at Copenhagen
Airport. Our goal was to create a visual presentation of the brand for the many
tourists and local travelers to enjoy. At the same time we wanted to create niches of calm in the busy airport environment.
